The principal hydrogeologist of Hydro Earth Consulting, Dr Adam King, has more than 20 years of experience in the groundwater industry. Adam is supported by Joe Water-Sims and Eliza Fisher. Joe worked for three years as an exploration geologist on Tasmania's west coast, before completing a Graduate Diploma in Hydrogeology at Flinders University. Joe has worked as a hydrogeologist at Hydro Earth Consulting since 2021, completing projects in a range of settings, including mining, heavy industry, and contaminated land.

Eliza has over 2 years’ experience working as an environmental officer, including 12 months at Savage River/Port Latta. She has been acting as the environmental coordinator at Henty Gold Mine for over 12 months, where she is responsible for environmental compliance, environmental reporting, liaising with the EPA, and more. Eliza has a Bachelor of Arts (Geography & Environment Science) and a Bachelor of Science (Geoscience), with a first-class honours in Environmental Geochemistry (Geochemical Analysis of Mine Waste and Pit Lakes at Endurance Mine, Northeast Tasmania) .
